We hand build, Inspect and test every piece, guaranteed to be useful the moment you receive the product. We use only new electrical components for every piece. These items are considered creative pieces intended for indoor use (they're not water resistant or waterproof) and it is the customer’s responsibility to consult with a licensed electrician if you have any concerns about use inside your home or work space. All light parts are UL (Underwriter Laboratories) listed, but the lamp system is not. If you have any questions about UL listing, first off, I welcome you to do a quick bit of research, then reach out to me and lets chat. OXWOOD is not liable for any loss or damages caused by the misuse of this product.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY?
I ship domestically within the United States; rates may vary depending on distance and weight. If you're looking for international shipping please Contact me and I'll do my best to work with you.

I do accept returns, but the piece must be in perfect working condition and free of internal and external damage (e.g. Electrical wiring, chips/scratches on hardwood, frays on cord, etc.)
Although returns are not expected to be a common occurrence, please be considerate and reasonable if the event of a product return. If you simply don't like it within a few days, I'll take it back and refund your payment. If the piece breaks while in your possession or due to misuse -- or -- the product has been regularly used for an extended period of time, I will NOT accept a return nor issue a refund. I'm sure you understand why that would be the case.
